Cranium (Unprovenanced)

There is a large smooth lobulated mass of compact bone on right parietal centrally just superior to the temporal bone, which measures c.29mm mediolateral x c. 32mm superoinferior.  It protrudes c. 7.5mm from the original cortical bone surface.

This is a benign osteoma.
